Abstract:
To provide a folding sheet manufacturing metal mold that can form a folding line on the sheet body with one stroke by forming a convex part or a concave part on the upper mold or the bottom mold in alignment with the folding line and a folding sheet that is processed by a folding sheet manufacturing plotter with a roller installed thereon in stead of a pen so as to form a groove as the folding line.SOLUTION: A folding sheet OS has a zigzag folding line and has each segment thereof in a parallelogram. Due to being zigzag, the folding line does not overlap, thereby the load onto the paper is small during opening and closing, making the sheet hard to break. In order to provide the folding line, a groove is formed on the sheet body by pressing force with a convex part or a concave part formed aligned with the folding line on the same position in the upper mold or the bottom mold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
