The plate-like member for sliding (ski boards 1, 1', 1") has a length in the sliding direction and comprises bottom sliding surfaces 2, 2" and upper riding surfaces 3, 3". The plate-like member is formed into a multi-layered structure and the plate-like member is freely foldable with a rotary spindle 7 provided in the middle of one layer constituting the multi-layers, and the plate-like member is foldable with the rotary spindle 7 as a center without forming folded parts in the sliding surfaces 2, 2".
