Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smooth the rotation of a top plate and to facilitate adjustment of a spring force, in a table in which the top plate flips up by a torsion bar.SOLUTION: On the underside of a top plate 1, a pair of left and right pivotally supporting brackets 11 are fixed, where a boss part 22 provided in the pivotally supporting bracket 11 is freely rotatably fitted to the rear frame 7 of a leg device 2. Spring units 17 are composed of the boss part (movable holder) 22 of the pivotally supporting brackets 11, one or more pieces of torsion bars 18, and a fixed holder 19 arranged inside the rear frame 7. The fixed holder 19 is fixed to the rear frame 7 with a bolt 20. The number of use of the torsion bars 18 is arbitrarily selectable. As the pair of left and right spring units 17 are provided, the rotation of the top plate 1 is smooth and, by changing the number of torsion bars 18, the spring force corresponding to the size and weight of the top plate 1 can be selected.
