To smoothly fold a table by completely interlocking the vertical rotational movement of a top plate with the horizontal rotational movement of ground rods.
This folding table is so formed that a support rod 3 is erected in the frontward inclined state via a rotation connecting means 4 which has a vertical rotation shaft core and has such a mechanism as rotating by the vertical movement of the rotation drive member 15, a top plate is pivoted to the top end of the support rod 3 on a pivot part 10 so as to be vertically and rotationally moved, an interlock rod 12 is linked with an appropriate position separated from the pivot part 10 and the rotation drive member 15, and with the erection and rotation of the top plate, front parts of both ground legs 2 are rotationally displaced inward about the rotation connecting means 4 so as to be stacked in the front/rear direction. The table is changeable from a using mode in which the top plate is approximately horizontal and the both ground legs 2 are approximately parallel to each other and a stacking mode provided with a lock means and in which the top plate is erected and the both ground legs 2 are formed into a truncated shape in a plan view to a storing mode in which the ground legs 2 are stored between the both support rods approximately linearly by temporarily releasing the lock means.
