A top plate 11 of this folding table 10, in its back side, is formed with a storage recess 14. The inside of the storage recess 14 is fixed with a pair of reinforcing frames 20 in a pair of opposed side walls 13. The inside of the storage recess 14 is adjoinedly disposed with leg fitting members 30 in the both sides of the respective reinforcing frames 20 and provided with support legs 40 foldable between a folded position of rotatably supporting leg base parts 41 relative to the respective leg fitting members 30 along the top plate 11, and a use position of their erected relative to the back face of the top plate 11. The back face of the top plate 11 is disposed with spacers 50 projecting from the back face of the top plate 11 in the folded state of the respective support legs 40 and forming finger insertion spaces in the back face circumferential edges of the top plate 11, in a plurality of predetermined positions.
