To provide a folding table capable of preventing looseness of the table when used and impairment of movability and outside appearance by a simple structure even if the floor is not parallel to the lower side of a modesty panel.

The folding table comprises a top board 4 rotatable from the horizontal state; a pair of leg parts 6 supporting the top board 4; casters 8 attached to the lower parts of the leg parts 6; the modesty panel 10 set movably in the vertical direction to cover the leg parts 6; a link 12 to connect the top board 4 to the modesty panel 10 in such a way that the modesty panel 10 descends as the top plate 3 rotates to the horizontal state; and a stopper 52 having a stopper shaft 50 set at the lower part of the modesty panel 10. The lower side of the modesty panel 10 is located higher than the lower side of the casters 8 even if the top board 4 is in the horizontal state, and the stopper shaft 50 is connected to a spring 58 and is disposed so that the lower end of the shaft sticks out of the lower side of the modesty panel 10. When the top board 4 is in the horizontal state, the lower end is disposed in such a way as can descend lower than the lower side of the casters 8, and the floor F is pressed by the action of the spring 58.
