To provide a lightweight and compact folding table integrated with legs and being assembled and folded in a single operation.

This folding table is so formed that a square inner frame constituted of left/right inner vertical frames 5 and 6 and upper/lower inner lateral frames 7 and 8 is inscribed to a square outer frame constituted of left/right outer vertical frames 1 and 2 and upper/lower outer lateral frames 3 and 4 by a square material, and the both left/right vertical frames are turnably pivoted to each other to form the both squares at optional angle where the outer frame and the inner frame are erected into an X-shape and the both upper/lower lateral frames are formed in parallel to the horizontal. A fixed top board 11 whose inside is optionally angled is mounted on the upper faces of the outer frame and the inner frame in the X-shaped erected state on the upper face of the upper outer lateral frame 3, a movable top board 12 reaching the upper face of the upper inner lateral frame 7 and having a locking plate 13 abutting on the outer surface of the upper inner lateral frame 7, on its back face is hinged to the inner face of the upper outer lateral frame 3 at a plurality of parts, and opening prevention plates 15 abutting on the left/right inner vertical frame side faces are provided in the lower side faces of pivoted parts of the left/right outer vertical frames.
