To provide a folding table which enables users to understand the assembling method intuitively just by the simple structure, to assemble it easily and quickly and the strength and the rigidity is obtained enough.
The folding table 1 formed by folding a rectangular panel of hollow board, includes a center valley fold line enabling the panel to be valley folded and piled up longitudinally at the center of the panel to make a table beam section 2 with the folded and piled panels, a pair of longitudinal mountain fold lines enabling the panel to be mountain folded longitudinally on both sides of the center valley fold line to make the folded panel form the top face 3 of the table, both panel end mountain fold lines enabling the panel to be mountain folded and orthogonally crossing the center valley fold line near both ends of the panel to make table legs 4 and 5 with the folded panel, and a panel notch section enabling both ends of the panel being folded and piled at the center valley fold line and folded up at the longitudinal mountain fold line to be mountain folded at the both panel end mountain fold lines.
