PURPOSE: To prevent deterioration of food and to deodorize and sterilize effectively by aerating water with ozone, which is generated by an ozone generating means, by an aerating means so that the water is turned into ozone water and spreading the ozone water inside a loading chamber by a spreading means.

CONSTITUTION: Aeration in water is carried out by supplying ozone generated in an ozone generating part, 13 to an aeration tank 28. The aeration is carried out by supplying an ozone gas to a porous air diffusing material (zeolite, for example) 29 and generating fine foam of ozone, and then, ozone water is generated. This ozone water is passed in a fine tube 32 by a pump 31 to be sent to a discharge port 33 inside a loading chamber. The discharge ports 33 are arranged on the ceiling and the wall face upper part excepting a door, and spray the ozone water like a sprinkler or an atomizer. In this case, only the generation of ozone water is carried out during transportation, and ozone water is sprayed inside the loading chamber 14 after unloading is finished at the destination. Subsequently, a water tank arranged in the aeration tank 28 is switched so as to spray water.
