To provide a golf score card that can be easily folded and unfolded and allows a user to easily confirm a course map and keep the score.

The folding type golf score card is so formed that: a page space is equally divided into a matrix of 2n3 columns (n4) by fold lines; two corner sections of the matrix positioned on a diagonal of the page space are defined as pasteboards; the pasteboard on the uppermost line is defined as the front cover and the other is defined as the back cover, respectively; the fold lines in the line direction are alternately formed as mountain folds and valley folds from the top, while a fold line in the column direction folded in an area by one line; a fold line coming into contact with the section of the pasteboard is defined as the mountain fold and then alternately formed into the valley folds and the mountain folds; two sections of the front-cover line other than the front cover describe a score table of one course of 9 holes; two sections of the back-cover line other than the back cover describe a score table of the other course; and the respective 18 sections of the surface of the page space other than the pasteboards and the score tables describe the course maps of the respective holes of 1 round of 18 holes.
