To solve a problem wherein cylinder volume efficiency is influenced when a commonly known folding type handle device is folded in a straight line shape with a cylinder.
This device is provided with the cylinder provided with a spindle and a hollow handle. One end of the spindle is connected to a piston in the cylinder and another end of the spindle is provided with a rotator. The rotator is pivotally provided in an inner diameter of the handle. A groove wider than diameter of the spindle is provided on a side wall of the handle. The cylinder is inserted in the handle from one end of the handle to reduce volume of the cylinder. The cylinder can be pulled out of the handle. The handle can be made in a straight line shape with the spindle by turning by 180 degrees after that. The cylinder is gripped by one hand and the handle is gripped by another hand. The spindle is moved in a axial direction to send out air from a nozzle on one end of the cylinder.
