To provide a folding type thermal insulation container capable of changing from a use form to folded form and vice versa, and having a heat insulator in which heat insulation performance can be further improved simply and easily by utilizing an already used thermal insulation container.

The folding type thermal insulation container includes an external surface made of a deformable material defining the outer shape of the container, and a plurality of insulators accommodated in the external surface material. Each of the insulation bodies accommodates in a cover material a first heat insulation material and a second insulation material, each of which has a plate-form including two opposite sides. The first heat insulation material is a vacuum insulation material.
