Abstract:
PURPOSE: To lift up or down, by one-time operation while being held horizontal, a ship and a floating stage mounted on an incline truck by a method wherein guide rollers provided to the front end on the underside of the floating stage are made attachable to and detachable from rails on a bent part of a ship-landing slope.
CONSTITUTION: When a ship 7 housed in a structure 8 is lowered to the surface of the water, a winch is driven and an incline truck 4 carrying the ship 7 and a floating stage 5 is put on rails 3 and lowered. Guide rollers provided to the front end on the underside of the floating stage 5 hold rails 3B for the front wheels from both sides, starting on notched points on the rails 3B at a bent part 2B on a ship-landing slope 2, and thereby the ship 7 and the floating stage 5 are lowered while being held horizontal. The ship 7 is separated from the floating stage 5 on the surface of the water, and the incline truck 4 is lowered alone to the lower end of the rails 3. When the ship 7 is landed, the winch is driven and the incline truck 4 staying under the water is drawn up, with its rear receiving metals held to positioning guides of the floating stage 5, and lifted up with the ship 7 and the floating stage 5 mounted thereon. The guide rollers of the floating stage 5 are disengaged from the rails 3B for the front wheels on the notched points at the bent part 2B, and the ship 7 and the floating stage 5 are housed horizontally into the structure.
