Abstract:
To provide a follow-up device which is improved in a degree of freedom of follow-up operation while preventing the device from being enlarged in size.SOLUTION: A support base supports a work-piece. A rotary shaft is connected to the support base. A first frame rotatably supports the rotary shaft. A first motor inclines the support base by rotating the support base around the rotary shaft. A second frame is arranged below the first frame. A plurality of links are connected to the first frame and the second frame, and the plurality of links are rotatably connected to each other. The plurality of links include a first link and a second link. A first link shaft connects the first link to the second link.
