To provide a food baking plate that simply maintains a baking surface after attachment to a food baking apparatus.

The food baking plate 1 is mainly equipped with a rectangular plate-like template 2 having a plurality of baking parts 2b on the baking surface 2a, a rectangular frame-like casing plate 4 having a fitting hole 3 to which the template 2 is fitted, latch plates 5 for latching the template 2 to the casing plate 4 and latch fixing screws 6 for screwing and fixing the latch plates 5 to the casing plate 4. The peripheral shape of the template 2 is matched with the inner periphery shape of the fitting hole 3 of the casing plate 4. In the food baking plate 1, the template 2 fitted into the fitting hole 3 is latched to the casing plate 4 through the two latch plates 5 and the four latch fixing screws 6 to assemble the food baking plate.
