To provide a simplified baking process for food on a tray by combining a tool main body provided with a handle with an operation member, containing the tray in the tool main body, and closing the tray through a cover by the operation member.
A food baking tool 10 comprises a tool main body 11 to contain a tray T, a cover 12 to close the tray T, and an operation member 13 for opening/closing operation of the cover 12. The tray T is a shallow boat-shaped container comprising noncombustible material, one-person food such as fired dumplings is placed on it, and the food is baked to be provided on the table. The tool main body 11 is formed by protruding a pair of a right and a left side plates 11b on the back surface side of a surface plate 11a provided with a handle 11a1. The tray T is inserted from an open tip of the tool main body 11 onto a bottom plate 11c to be sent through a stage part 11b1 onto a connection rod 11f. The cover 12 is formed in an umbrella-form to match the tray T. The operation member 13 has a lever 13b and a shaft 13c provided to a plate 13a on which the cover 12 is detachably installed.
