Abstract:
To provide a food or a beverage exhibiting an appropriate sweetness intensity and improving the sweetness satisfactorily while keeping calories low, a sweetness composition for producing the food or the beverage, and a method of producing the food or the beverage.SOLUTION: Provided is a food or beverage comprising (a) natural sugar in an amount corresponding to a sweetness intensity X1, (b) high-intensity sweetener in an amount corresponding to a sweetness intensity X2, and (c) 5.75 mg/100 ml or more and less than 40 mg/100 ml of sodium, wherein (1) a sweetness intensity X3 is exhibited by the ingredients (a) to (c), (2) energy is 50 Kcal/100 ml or less, and wherein 2.0≤(X1+X2)
