Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily carry baked food to a carrier means such as a carrier belt without causing collapse of the baked food.
SOLUTION: A device is provided with a scraper mechanism 24 to scrap food W in a baking mould 2, and an air nozzle 26 to blow air between a scraper 25 of the scraper mechanism 24 and the food W. Air is blown between the food W moving on a return passage rail 9b of an automatic food baking device to be turned over on the mold 2 and the scraper 25, and the scraper 25 is inserted as the food W becomes easy to be removed from the mould 2, so the food W is dropped onto a carrier means.
