Abstract:
To provide a food composition exerting in vivo antioxidizing activity effectively, and useful particularly as functional food(including health food such as health functional food(specific health food, nutritional functional food) and supplement).
The food composition contains spirulina and chlorella, or spirulina, chlorella and kale. In particular, the spirulina content and chlorella(and kale) content of the food composition per day intake are set at 0.2-40 mg/kg body weight each.
