The food container comprises a container main body 11 in which food is stored and a lid body 12 which is fitted on the opening of the container main body 11, and it allows the heating of food kept in the container main body 11 with a microwave oven. In the case, on the outer peripheral face of the container main body 11 obtained by primary injection molding, heat insulating parts 13 on which one's fingers are rested are integrally formed by secondary injection molding.
