To perform a uniform temperature elevation and to evenly heat cooked foods by constituting a food container by a side wall extending from the surrounding of a bottom plate to an upper side and a leg part extending to a lower side and projectingly providing a projecting part on the bottom plate part.
A container body (a) is surrounded by a side wall 2 extending, spreading upward for an elliptical bottom plate 1 and has a rim 3 horizontally spreading at an upper end of the side wall 2. The body (a) is provided with a leg part 4 having a notched part 5 on the lower side of the bottom plate 1, the location may be allowable if it is the same as the diameter of the bottom plate 1 or smaller than the diameter and further the location may be intermittently provided. On the rear side of the bottom plate 1 of the container body (a), circular projecting parts (b) having 4.5 mm in height and (A) 30 mm in diameter, (B) 60 mm in diameter and (C) 90 mm in diameter, respectively, are provided, for instance. Relative area for bottom plate area of the projecting part which is provided on the bottom plate 1 and projects outward is determined for a range of 1/10 to 4/5.
