A food container reclining stand 1 at least comprises a bottom surface 4 which can be placed on an approximately flat surface 3 and an upper surface 5 on which the bottom surface of a food container 2 can be placed, wherein the upper surface 5 is inclined at a predetermined angle with respect to the bottom surface 4. This food container reclining stand 1 is inserted under the bottom surface of the food container 2 to hold the food container 2 in an inclined state.
