CONSTITUTION: In the case of casting the product having a cylindrical boss part 21 executing screw machining in the inner surface, the boundary between the end surface 29 and the inner surface 28 of the boss part 21 is formed to the curving surface 31 smoothly continued over from the end surface 29 to the inner surface 28. Thereafter, the screw machining is executed from the part formed to the curving surface 31 in the inner surface 28 of the boss part 21.
