Abstract:
To provide food, medicines, cosmetics and feed, where coenzyme Q10 is stable even when coexisting with water soluble vitamin, through which the coenzyme Q10 and the water soluble vitamin can be simultaneously ingested while keeping absorption of the coenzyme Q10.
The food containing coenzyme Q10 has both of coenzyme Q10 and water-soluble vitamin. The coenzyme Q10 is obtained by dispersion/emulsification in a solution of water-soluble substance in the presence of an organic acid, and is contained in the food as a water soluble composition the dispersed/emulsified particles of which each has an average particle diameter of ≤5μm.
