Abstract:

To provide a gelling agent containing food from which an amylase inhibitor and/or a lipase inhibitor as raw materials for diet can surely be taken in effective amounts without a time restriction, retaining the inhibitors in a stomach to inhibit the activities of amylase and lipase, and simultaneously capable of effectively controlling the appetite, and to provide a method for producing the same.

This gelling agent-containing food characterized by containing an amylase inhibitor and/or a lipase inhibitor, and a gelling agent, and the method for producing the same.
