CONSTITUTION: A food containing 0.05W1% water-soluble calcium salt, e.g. calcium chloride or calcium lactate, in a food containing lysozyme, e.g. custard cream, canned black tea or boiled fish paste containing about 5W100ppm lysozyme (salt).
