Abstract:
Provided is a food cutter improved in sharpness in cutting and easy to clean. The food cutter 10 comprises a first member 11 equipped with a first blade portion 12; and a second member 21 equipped with a second blade portion 22. The first member 11 is provided with a first guide rail 14. The second member 21 is provided with a second guide rail 24. The overlapped positional relation between the first guide rail 14 and the second guide rail 24 is opposite to that between the first blade portion 12 and the second blade portion 22. Accordingly, the first blade portion 12 and the second blade portion 22 are tightly connected by means of the clamping of the first guide rail 14 and the second guide rail 24.
