Abstract:
To deliver food and drink to guest seat tables in a way of being originally intended.SOLUTION: A conveyance system (1) conveys a tray (100) to a guest seat table (T). A turntable (30) is disposed at a position on a conveyance path, the position being adjacent to each table. A plurality of first conveyance belts (20A, 20B) convey the tray along the conveyance path in the conveyance path's regions other than a region in which the turntable is disposed. A second conveyance belt (40) is disposed on the turntable and conveys the tray. The turntable is turnable between a first position and a second position. At the first position, a conveyance direction (Ds) of the second conveyance belt is the same direction as a conveyance direction (Dm) of a first conveyance belt, which enables the tray from the first conveyance belt to move to the second conveyance belt. At the second position, the conveyance direction (Ds) of the second conveyance belt is orthogonal to the conveyance direction of the first conveyance belt, which makes the tray be directed to the table by driving of the second conveyance belt.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
