To solve a problem that an increase in the employment cost and capital investment for a conventional food and drink order acceptance system increases the cost.
A customer orders food and drink by an order radio transceiver 1 installed at a customer seat, an employee receives it by a portable radio transceiver 2 carried with him/her, and the both communicate through the both radio transceivers to place and accept the order of the food and drink. The order cannot be placed simultaneously from the order radio transceivers of two or more customer seats but placed only by a single order radio transceiver of either one of the customer seats. This method allows the employee to receive the order of the food and drink from the customer with the carried radio transceiver and accept the order while performing another work so as to dispense with dedicated employee for accepting the order, reduce the employment cost and reduce the cost.
