Abstract:
To provide an instruction and learning support system for enabling an instructor and a learner to efficiently instruct and learn dietary education.SOLUTION: In an instruction and learning support system 1 for dietary education and nutrition, a food material card 11 to which food material specification information for specifying food materials is attached in a visually recognizable manner is prepared, a food material item marker 11c representing a food material allocated to the food material card is attached to the surface of the food material card 11, for example, in the form of an AR marker being a two-dimensional recognition image for AR. A plurality of food material cards 11 selected by a learner or the like are arranged and photographed by a camera. The photographed image of the food material card 11 is acquired by a personal computer 5 having an AR function, and a food material picture is displayed at the position of the food material item marker 11c of the photographed image 51. Since change of the arranged food material cards 11 is automatically reflected in a display image on a display screen 5a, dietary education can simply and efficiently be instructed and learned.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4A
