Abstract:
To provide a food of fermented soybean produced by mixing the fermented soybean with ingredients, filling them in a container made from a food material, e.g. a conical container made by processing wheat flour, corn, potato, etc., and sealing it for frying or eating as it is as a food, or as a confectionery such as a snack or tidbits.
This food of the fermented soybean is characterized by mixing the fermented soybean (1) with the ingredients (2), filling them in a container (3) made from the food material and frying in oil, and also by mixing the fermented soybean (1) with the ingredients (2), filling them in a container (3) and installing a lid (4) made from the food material.
