Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a food-freezing apparatus capable of readily carrying out cleaning operation in a rotating drum charging a food and dry ice snow therein and mixing the food with the dry ice snow under stirring and capable of improving utilization efficiency of dry ice snow.
CONSTITUTION: This food-freezing apparatus is provided with a rotating drum 11 for rotating and stirring a food charged therein, a conveyer 13 for feeding the food from the inlet 12 of the rotating drum and a dry ice producing device 15 for feeding the dry ice snow from the inlet of the rotating drum into the inside and a stirring blade 16 for stirring the food is detachably provided.
