Abstract:
To provide a freezer which can freeze food products preferably.SOLUTION: A freezer 1 includes: a cooling chamber 3r in which food products 101 are disposed; and a chiller 5 which sends air having a temperature of -80°C or lower into the cooling chamber 3r and includes a delivery port 3c which delivers the air from the chiller 5 to an interior of the cooling chamber 3r. The delivery port 3c does not blow the air to the food products 101 directly and stirs the air in the cooling chamber 3r and blows airflow generated by stirring to the hood products 101.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
