Abstract:
To provide a method for imparting excellent extensibility to a coating material, while water content is small in comparison with a conventional food for frying.SOLUTION: In a production method of food for frying containing ingredients and a coating material for coating the ingredients, (a) a coating material composition is prepared by mixing starch-containing powder and fat, (b) coating material composition contact ingredients are prepared by allowing the coating material composition to adhere to the surface of the ingredients, and (c) the coating material composition contact ingredients and water are mixed, to thereby form a coating material on the surface of the ingredients.SELECTED DRAWING: None
