Abstract:

To obtain the subject food facilitating an application of flavor, a drug and a crude medicine resources of Tricholoma matsutake and mushrooms and making the one popular and general by allowing a specific adsorbing material to adsorb a flavor and components of drug and crude medicine obtained by thermally extracting them from mycelium of Tricholoma matsutake and mushrooms and drying the material absorbing them.

(A) a flavor and drug and crude medicine components obtained by washing and pulverizing mycelium of Tricholoma matsutake and mushrooms obtained by a tissue culture and extracting the flavor, drug and crude medicine components from the washed and pulverized mycelium of Tricholoma matsutake and mushrooms are adsorbed on (B) an adsorbent having foamed cells obtained by treating an eatable powder such as flour and starch and the objective dried food is obtained by drying the resultant adsorbent adsorbing the components. Ganoderma lucidum, Pachyma hoelen, Truffle, etc., are preferably used as the mushrooms. The component B is preferably obtained by heating and pressurizing the before eatable powder and thereafter treating under a normal pressure and a reduced pressure.
