Abstract:
To introduce a sterilizing agent into a decompression system by a simple constitution and control to easily and securely perform sterilization.SOLUTION: A food machine comprises: a treatment tank 2; decompression means 3 for attracting/discharging gas inside the treatment tank 2 to the outside; and pressure recovering means 4 for introducing outside air into the decompressed treatment tank 2. As the decompression means 3, a primary valve 7, a heat exchanger 8, a secondary valve 9 and a vacuum pump 10 are provided in this order in an exhaust path 6 from inside the treatment tank 2. A sterilizing agent generating part 5(18) which supplies a sterilizing agent of solid fine particles, liquid fine particles or gas into air inside the treatment tank 2 in a state where they are present individually or mixed is provided for the treatment tank 2. In a sterilization operation, while the sterilizing agent generated from the sterilizing agent generating part 5(18) is supplied into the treatment tank 2 in the state where the primary valve 7 is closed, a downstream side of the primary valve 7 is decompressed by the vacuum pump 10. Then, the primary valve 7 is opened in a state where the secondary valve 9 is closed, and the sterilizing agent is introduced into the heat exchanger 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
