Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain the aimed food suitable as relish taken with SAKE (rice wine) and food of delicate flavor, having good touch to the teeth, enriched taste by addition of deliciousness of sea tangle free from waterishness by piling sea tangle on thin pieces of a paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue and tying piled material with tea tangle.

CONSTITUTION: A paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue P is sliced, thin pieces 1 are sandwiched in between sea tangles 2, the sea tangles 2 are alternately piled on the thin pieces 1 of a paste made from the starch of the devil's-tongue, the sea tangle is rolled on the piled material, which is covered with a plastic film 3 to give the aimed food.
