Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food manufacturing apparatus achieving large item small volume production corresponding to the variety of a marketplace in a production line of baked confectionery, and increasing production efficiency.SOLUTION: A food manufacturing apparatus 1 includes: an endless conveyor 3 for conveying a baking plate 4 so as to circulate in a circulation route having an approach route 3a extending in a horizontal direction, and a return path 3b located downward in a vertical direction of the approach route 3a; and a burning machine 6 burning a food material 5 placed on the burning plate 4. At least part of the approach route 3a is a burning path 3c, and the burning machine 6 is provided in a position corresponding to the burning path 3c.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
