Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a building for food production in which cleanliness in a predetermined partition is improved by devising positional relationship between walls and columns without excessively reducing an available space.SOLUTION: A building 1 for food production has multiple partitions for use in a predetermined processing or a predetermined object in food production. The multiple partitions each are set in a clean partition (first partition) and a semi-clean partition and a non-clean partition (second partition), all of which are set according to a level of cleanliness defined as a degree of expected bacteria breeding suppression. A side surface part has multiple pillars for partitioning adjacent partitions and being arranged at predetermined intervals, and one or multiple walls being brought into abutment with the multiple pillars and arranged therein. In the side surface part for partitioning the first partition and the second partition, multiple pillars each are arranged so as not to protrude from the surface of the first partition side and to protrude from the surface of the second partition side in each of one or multiple walls.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
