To provide a food material supply device with heat-retaining function, having heat-retaining function, enabling dish up of warm food material on a food material vessel, or the like, and having a simple structure.
The food material-supplying device with heat-retaining function is provided with a food material-feeding member, having a plurality of food material-feeding blades each in a protruding state at the main axis and the outer periphery of the main axis. The food material-feeding member is set up within a food material delivery path so that each of main axes intersects to the food material delivery direction so as to send out the food material in the food material derivery path via rotation of the food material-feeding blades in a direction of a food loosing roller: wherein a heater is set up at the bottom surface part of the food material delivery path; and a heat transmission plate with which the bottom surface part and the right and left side surface parts of the food material feeding-out path can be covered, is set up; convex rows are set up on the bottom plate part of the heat transmission plate corresponding to the intermediate position of respective rotational loci of the two food material-feeding blades adjacent to each other; and the bottom plate part of the heat transmission plate is disposed on the heater.
