Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a food material-supplying member capable of smoothly supplying boiled rice by a specific amount regardless of the softness and kind of the boiled rice, and to provide an apparatus for supplying a food material.
SOLUTION: Plural boiled rice-supplying members 5, 6,... having triangular blades, etc., are parallelly placed near the opening below a hopper 2 in a freely rotatable state. The boiled rice-supplying members 5, 6,... are pivoted on main axes in a state having a rotation difference of 90 degree so that a pair of mutually corresponding blades of the boiled rice-supplying members 5, 6,... always have a rotation difference of 90 degree to each other, and the boiled rice- supplying members 5, 6,... mutually can be rotated in opposite inner directions in this state. This board-shaped blade enables the sure falling downward of the boiled rice R even in the case the boiled rice is soft. When the rotation is stopped, the falling off of the boiled rice R is efficiently prevented by the surface of the blade. This allows the smooth supply of a specific amount of boiled rice and the stopping of the supply regardless of the state of the boiled rice.
