PURPOSE: To make easily drinkable juice and soup whose degree of crushing is high in a short time by forming the inside peripheral surface of a glass in a roughly spherical shape, and allowing a cooking material to flow smoothly in the vertical direction by centrifugal force.
CONSTITUTION: When a mixer body is operated, a motor shaft 8 rotates and it is transferred to a cutter 4 attached to a rotation axis 5 through couplings 6, 7. On the other hand, in connection with high speed rotation of the cutter 4, a flow in the vertical direction is generated in a mixer glass 1, and a cooking material is crushed by coming into contact with the cutter 4. In such a case, as for a flow in the vicinity of the cutter 4, the inside peripheral surface of the glass 1 and a glass base 3 is formed in a roughly spherical shape against a flow by centrifugal force. Therefore, force is not dispersed but becomes a flow in the upper direction, therefore, there is no resistance and the cooking material can be allowed to circulate smoothly and quickly. As a result, since the cooking material circulates quickly, the contact probability of the cooking material and the cutter 4 becomes higher. Also, the degree of crushing of the cooking material is improved.
