Abstract:
The present invention provides for a food peeler (10) having a removable blade (30) that includes an end (41) received in a bore (51) of the food peeler handle (12) and a resilient member (55) is mounted adjacent to the end (41) of the blade (30) and allows for the blade (30) to be moved between a centered and offset position so that the blade (30) may be removed and replaced. A tool (200) is provided in order to remove and replace the blade (30).
