Abstract:
To develop a processing tank including easily-detachable fluid supply pipes in the processing tank for cooking a food product.SOLUTION: A food processing tank 100 having width and length directions for processing a food product, includes a plurality of detachable fluid supply pipes 1 traversing inside the processing tank in the width direction so as to facilitate attachment/detachment. Preferably. the fluid supply pipes are a type to be inserted from the outside of the processing tank. Further preferably, the fluid supply pipes are a type divided into two, and are a type to be inserted one by one from both sides of the outside in the width direction, of the processing tank and to be engaged together in the tank.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
