To provide a food processor capable of grating a radish or the like with excellent texture.
The food processor includes a container 3 mounted on a product body 1, a lid 7 covering the upper surface opening 3a of the container 3, a rotary cutter 2 provided inside the container 3 and provided with grater teeth 8 on the upper surface of a roughly disk shape, and a roughly planar weight 6 to be mounted on the radish 5 placed on the upper surface of the rotary cutter 2 to press the radish 5 to the grater teeth 8. On the weight 6, a projection part 9 for preventing sliding with the radish 5 is formed. Since the radish 5 is prevented from sliding by the projection part 9 of the weight 6 and the radish 5 is pressed to the grater teeth 8 of the rotary cutter 2 by the weight 6 further, the radish 5 is grated by the grater teeth surely and deeply, and the radish is grated with excellent texture.
