Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a safe and novel food processor crushing and stirring food materials, while closely related to appropriate heating thereof, and facilitating the production and handling of a product by improving flexibility of a design.SOLUTION: A food processor 100 comprises: a container 50 for storing food materials; a stirring body 95 for crushing and stirring the food materials in the container; heating means 72 for heating the container; and a control circuit for controlling rotation of the stirring body and the heating by the heating means. The food processor includes a cooking/processing process comprising: a crushing process that, before substantially heating the food materials by the heating means to raise a temperature to a desired temperature, rotates the stirring body at a relatively high speed to crush the food materials; and stirring and heating processes that, after the crush by the crushing process, while heating the food materials by the heating means, continuously or intermittently rotates the stirring body at a rotation speed relatively lower than the rotation speed of the stirring body in the crush process to stir the food materials.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
