Abstract:
To provide food raw material facilitating addition of alcohol-containing liquid substance to food.
The food raw material is obtained by mixing the alcohol-containing liquid substance with starch, heating the mixture while keeping the starch in the mixture dispersed to be formed into a candy state, wherein the heating temperature is 60-85C, and the mixing ratio of the alcohol-containing liquid substance and the starch is 90-50 wt.% and 10-50 wt.% respectively.
