In a food service cart, a superheating steam supply device 8, which integrally includes, in the form of a unit: a cylindrical body 8a the interior of which serves as a steam passage; a heater 13 provided in the cylindrical body 8a; a fan 8c provided at one end of the cylindrical body 8a and configured to send a current of air into the cylindrical body 8a; and a steam generator 14 provided on a side of the cylindrical body 8a and configured to supply steam into the cylindrical body 8a, and is configured such that steam generated by the steam generator 14 is superheated by the heater 13 and superheated steam is sent outward from the other end of the cylindrical body 8a by the fan 8c, is set in a lower part of a station 2.
