To improve maintenance characteristics of a cooling unit for cooling a chamber, and enable to repair the unit easily even if a failure or the like occurs in the unit.
This chamber is provided with a plurality of partitioned rooms, and in those rooms, trays being put on of dishes on which respectively different kinds of food materials are piled are housed. The cooling unit 8 for cooling the chamber during carrying and waiting a table setting cart and for cooling unheated dishes during cooking is installed under the main body base 20. In order to install that, hanging fixtures 27 are installed at the main body base 20, and hooking plates 28 are installed at the cooling unit 8, and a distance is secured, between the lower face of the main body and the upper face of the cooling unit, and the base is supported under the state of making it slidable back and forth. Further, a sealant 26 to prevent leakage of cooling air is made to interpose between the main body base 20 and the cooling unit 8, and clamped by means of a clamping-bolt 29. In failures, only the cooling unit 8 can be removed and repaired.
