A refrigerating compartment 31 is a heat-insulated casing 51 whose periphery is covered with an urethane foaming heat-insulating material 40, so that the heat-insulation performance is improved. A hot-reserving compartment 32 is a heat-insulated casing 52 whose periphery is covered with a heat insulating panel 41, so that the heat-insulation performance is improved. The heat-insulated casing 51 and the heat-insulated casing 52 are disposed adjacent to each other because of the limitation of the size of a body 3. However, the space between the adjacent refrigerating compartment 31 and hot-reserving compartment 32 is heat-insulated by the urethane heat-insulating material 40 and the heat-insulating panel 41 even if the refrigerating compartment 31 and the hot-reserving compartment 32 are disposed adjacently, and therefore, the functions of the refrigerating compartment 31 and the hot-reserving compartment 32 will not be impaired.
